2. Product information and prices
- Goods supplied by VPA are genuine, 100% new and of clear origin; imported goods come with CO/CQ on request.
- Prices listed on the website are in VND and include VAT.
- Products shown as “Contact us” are quoted on request — price, delivery time and payment terms are as stated in the quotation within its validity period.
- Product images are for illustration; technical specifications follow the manufacturer’s publications.
3. Orders and confirmation
An order is confirmed when VPA replies by email or phone (within 24 working hours). VPA may refuse or cancel an order if the product is out of stock, the price is wrong due to a system error, or the order information is incomplete; any amount paid will be refunded in full. You may cancel an order before VPA hands the goods to the carrier.

For machine building, machine setup, technical manpower and other services, scope, schedule, acceptance, warranty and payment follow the quotation, purchase order and contract between the parties; in case of difference, the contract prevails.
