1. Warranty period
- Machines built by VPA: 12 months from acceptance and handover; delivered with drawings, programs and operation manual.
- Repair services: 3 months from acceptance and handover (or as stated in the quotation).
- Assembly, setup and wiring services: as stated in the quotation / contract, from the date of the acceptance report.
- Commercial equipment (IPC, motion controllers, drivers, motors…): according to the manufacturer’s warranty policy.
2. Coverage
During the warranty period VPA remedies, at its own cost, defects arising from fabrication, materials or VPA’s service work, by repair or replacement within 7 working days of receiving the request (for parts that must be ordered from the manufacturer: according to the manufacturer’s lead time, which VPA will confirm).
3. Exclusions
- Damage caused by operation contrary to instructions, overload, wrong power connection, mechanical impact, fire, water or natural disasters.
- Machines whose mechanics, electrics or programs have been modified by another party.
- Consumables and normal wear and tear.
