1. Delivery area
VPA delivers nationwide. In Bac Ninh, Bac Giang, Ha Noi, Phu Tho, Ha Nam, Hai Phong and Hung Yen VPA can deliver directly to your plant; other areas are served by carriers.
2. Delivery time
- In-stock goods: VPA confirms the order and estimated delivery time within 24 working hours.
- Special-order goods and custom machines: per the delivery time in the quotation, purchase order or contract.
- Installation and machine setup: per the schedule agreed with you; manpower mobilized within 1 week of the request.
3. Shipping fee
The shipping fee (if any) is notified when the order is confirmed or stated in the quotation before payment.
4. Delivery and inspection
On receipt, please check quantity, type and external condition; both parties sign a delivery note. For large machines and equipment: delivery, installation and acceptance (SAT) at your plant as agreed.
Risk of loss or damage and ownership pass to the customer when the delivery note is signed.
5. Late delivery
If delivery will be later than confirmed, VPA notifies you early with a new delivery time. For contract orders, liability for late delivery follows the contract.
